印楝素光氧化物的结构表征及其生物活性

摘  要:通过光氧化将生物活性较差的nimbin和salannin转化成活性较高的带有印楝素A结构的2种同分异构体,分别为nimbinolide、isonimbinolide和salanninolide、isosalanninolide,产物由液-质联用仪分析定性表征,并对呋喃环转变成环氧丁内酯的氧化机理进行了初步探讨。室内杀虫实验表明氧化产物的生物活性有明显的提高。In order to improve the performance, isomeric products nimbinolide and isonimbinolide containing a hydroxylbutenolide, formed from the furan ring, were produced by the photo-oxidation of the triterpenoid nimbin, an analogous pair of isomers salanninolide and isosalanninolide was similarly formed by oxidation of salannin. The results was indicate by HPLC-MS, The mechanisms of the photo-oxidation were investigated, Azadirachtins bioassay against the third instars larva of Plutella xylostella were investigated, the results indicated that the bioassay of afer photo-oxidation was higher than crude extracts.
