摘　　要：企业改革运行机制后，一个生产场所会出现多个企业并存，由此引发复合噪声源厂界的界定及超标排污费的计征等新问题。应从广义上界定噪声源厂界并分清各排污单位的噪声污染责任，根据不同情况采取不同的超标排污费收费标准计征。When there were several firms which production places concentrated in one place, there could cause issues such as the works district definition of compound noise sources and the levy of noise pollution beyond the discharge standards. It should broadly determine the works district of noise sources and the pollution responsibility of each pollution units,and levy the noise pollution based on different situation.
