摘　　要：颅脑损伤是神经外科疾病中的常见病和多发病。尽管颅脑损伤后的检测方面有了长足的进步，但目前很难量化原发性和继发性脑损伤的程度。S-100B蛋白是新近发现的一种颅脑损伤的血清标记物。它的生化性质及其在脑组织特异性和高敏感性的表达，使其作为颅脑损伤程度和预后的判断指标有重要的临床意义。S-100B蛋白是一类能反映颅脑损伤及其程度的新型生物学指标。Craniocerebral injury is a common and frequently-occurring neurosurgical disease, It is difficult to quantify the extent of primary injury and ongoing secondary damage after head injury despite the significant recent progress in cerebral monitoring. Because of the biochemical character of S-IOOB protein and its specificity and hypersensitivity in brain tissue, S-IOOB plays an important role in the judgement of injury degree and prognosis. S-IOOB protein is a new type of biological indicators of reflec- ting craniocerebral injury degree.
