摘  要:急性肾损伤是临床常见的危重病;随着血液净化的广泛应用,患者病死率虽然有所降低,但仍然是危重症的主要死亡原因之一。急性肾损伤的营养治疗是综合治疗的重要环节,急性肾损伤患者病因的多样化和基础疾病、营养状况的差异,给临床教治带来较大的困难;然而,通过充分的营养评估,对不同患者制定针对性的营养治疗方案,避免进一步加重肾脏损害,将有助于改善急性肾损伤患者的预后。Acute kidney injury is a common clinical critical illness,with the extensive application of blood purification, although the mortality is decrease, it is still one of the leading cause of death. Nutrition therapy of acute kidney injury is an important part of comprehensive treatment, because of the diversification of etiology, basic disease, the differences of nutritional status, it brings greater difficulties in the clinical treatment ; however, through adequate nutrition assessment, different patients with targeted nutritional therapy, prevention further kidney damage It will help to improve the prognosis of patients with acute kidney injury.
