摘　　要：目的调查牡丹江医学院第二附属医院门诊二类精神药品的使用情况，评价其使用的合习性，并提出合理使用二类精神药品的建议。方法采用处方调查分析方法，并用限定日剂量（DDD）币药物利用指数（DUI）为指标。结果所使用的药品共4种，DUI均〈1。结论调查结果显示牡丹江Ⅱ学院第二附属医院门诊的二类精神药品使用基本合理。Objective To investigate the utilization of the second kind psyehotmpic drugs in the outpatient department of the second affiliated hospital of mudanjiang medical college, appraise rationality and propose reasonably suggestions of the second kind psychotropic drugs. Methods To use the prescription diagnosis method, and use definition date dosage （DDD）and medicine use index（DUI） as the index. Results The practical drugs are altogether 4 kinds, DUI 〈 1. Conclusion The investigation demonstrates that the use of the second kind psychotropic drugs in the second affiliated hospital of Mudanjiang medical college is reasonable.
