摘　　要：运用复杂系统理论,根据河北省136个县的实际数据资料建立的农村经济系统多层局势决策模型与方法研究,调整和优化河北省农村产业结构、促进农村经济增长应主要依靠第一、第二、第三产业协同带动,这样才能实现农村经济又好又快协调发展。The multi-level situation decision model and method research, by using the comprehensive system theory and based on the practical datas of 136 counties in Hebei province, show that regulating and optimizing the rural industrial structure in Hebei province, and promoting the rural economics industrial should rely on the coordination among the first, second and third industry, thus can realize the harmonious development of rural economy well and quickly.
