摘　　要：文章介绍了国外各个历史阶段的主要纯电动乘用车的主要技术参数和市场运营情况,以及我国高速纯电动乘用车和低速纯电动乘用车的产品开发情况和主要技术参数,并根据纯电动乘用车的技术特点进行了发展趋势的分析,指出由于基础充电设施不完善,近期我国纯电动乘用车在城市内不能普及,主要倡导发展纯电动公交车,但是低速纯电动乘用车在农村前景广阔。This paper introduces the main parameters of pure electric passenger cars as well as its marketing situation of pure electric vehicle both at home and abroad in each historical phrase. At the same time, this paper introduces the R＆D situation and main technical parameter of Chinese high speed and slow speed electric vehicles. According to the technical features of pure electric passenger vehicles, this paper analyzes its developing trend and points out that because of the unperfected basic charging infrastructure, pure electric passenger vehicle cannot used widely in Chinese cities recently. Pure electric bus should be promoted greatly. However, low speed pure electric passenger vehicles have a broad prospect in rural areas in China
