天然单宁改性水处理剂的制备及应用

摘　　要：用甲醛、二甲胺和氯化苄对植物单宁进行阳离子改性制备了一种新的水处理剂。污水处理实验表明，这种改性水处理剂不仅有好的絮凝效果，而且对腐蚀、结垢有一定的抑制作用，同杀菌剂１２２７有好的配伍性。A modified quaternary ammonium salt of nature tannin as a sewage disposal agent JHF is prepared by adding formaldehyde and dimethylamine into natural tannin of red pine for triethylmination, and then adding benzyl chlorofornate for quaternary amination. On the basis of tests in laboratory, it is shown that JHF not only has very effective flocculation and corrosion-scale inhibition, but also has better synergistic effect in combination with bactericide 1227.
