摘　　要：光学薄膜的应用不仅涉及光学元件领域,也是各类显示器如LCD、OLED中实现发光的重要组成部分。从单色仪的测试原理出发,阐述测试光学薄膜透过率参数的方法,从分光效果、光强和单色性三个方面出发分析测试过程中存在的问题,提出解决意见,对光学薄膜的应用有一定的指导意义。Optical thin film is not used in the field of optical element, but also the important constituent part used for luminesence in series of display,such as LCD,OLED.Based on the principles of monochromator ,expound the method of testing transmissivity parameter of optical thin films.Propose solutions after analyze the problems in test which based on three ways that the spectroscopic effects,light intensity and monochromaticity. This study has a certain of practical significance to the application of optical thin films.
