摘  要:本文是磁敏感测厚原理的扩展研究。镀层在电镀正过程及电解逆过程对磁性基体产生应力效应因不可逆而形成应力回线,各种金属镀层都有自身特征的应力回线。利用标准的阳极溶解测厚法,采用磁敏传感智能系统可自行标定传感输出电压与厚度等质量参数曲线,磁敏对在多次重复使用过程中通过对电流效率及镀层应力回线的连续测定,实现了对处于相同工艺状态下镀层质量和镀液状态的监测。This is a further study on magnetic sensitive measurement of electroplating thickness. Asmagnetic basis produces a stress effect which gives rise to stress loop due to irreversibility in positiveplating process and reverse electrolytic process, all sorts of metal plating layers show their characteristic stress loop. Applying standard anodic dissolution to measure layer thickness and using magneticsensitive intelligence system can standardize automatically output potential of the sensor, thickness aswell as curves of quality parameters, the magnetic sensitive sensor, through repeated and continuousmeasurements of cuurent efficiency and stress loop, is able to monitor coating quality and status ofelectrolyte under given conditions.
