摘 要:实验研究污油超声破乳脱水过程的主要影响因素,包括温度、热沉降时间、超声声强、辐照时间等.超声波辐照能有效促进污油破乳脱水.实验结果表明,对于初始含水为5%~6%的某石化厂污油,加入375μg,/g破乳剂NS-21,以10kHz驻波场、声强0.7W/cm^2辐照5min,70℃沉降2h时能取得最佳脱水效果,脱水率达到91.7%.对于初始含水75%的某炼厂的难破乳、高含水污油,采用超声破乳技术后,无需添加破乳剂,仅热沉降后脱水率就高达86.7%,污油体积减小65%,极大地降低了库容.Demulsifying and dewatering process of the waste oil was affected by the factors of temperature, settling time, and ultrasound intensity, and ultrasound irradiation time, etc, and those factors were investigated. Ultrasound irradiation can enhance the waste oil to demulsify and to dewater effectively. The experimental results showed that, to the waste oil contained 5%-6% of water, the best dewatering results ( dewatering rate 91.7% ) could be obtained by adding 375μg/g emulsifier NS - 21, irradiating the oil for 5 rain under 0. 7 W/cm^2 standing wave field ultrasound ( 10 kHz), settling for 2 h at 70℃. To the waste oil contained 75 % of water, with the ultrasound irradiation plus heat settling, the dewatering rate of 86.7% could be obtained without adding demulsifer. The volume of the heavy waste oil reduced 65%, thus reducing the restoring pressure.
