摘  要:上部结构、基础、地基(含桩基)始终是一个共同作用的整体,衡量这个整体是否安全可靠,主要看建筑物的平均沉降与差异沉降是否满足要求.对地基(含桩基)的支承刚度的大小和分布进行合理的调整是差异沉降控制设计最有效的方法.文中提出广义复合基础的概念,给出几种对地基支承刚度进行合理分布的方法,尤其是自适应变形调节器的研制,为解决端承桩复合桩基应用的难题提供了可能性.2工程实例的成功应用表明,提出的广义复合基础的设计方法和相应的变形调节装置具有广阔的应用前景.Superstructure, foundation and basement including pile foundation are always interacted as a whole. In order to scale the safety and feasibility of the whole, Judge whether if the average settlement and differential settlement of building satisfied the main criterion. Long-term investigations show that the most effective measure is to adjust the beating stiffness of basement and/or pile foundation for differential settlement control. Consequently, this paper develops the concept of generalized composite foundation and presents some methods for designing and adjusting the beating stiffness of basement and/or pile foundation. Especially, settlement adjustor installed at the top of the piles could solve the problem of applications of top-beating pile composite foundation. Successful applications in two completed projects in situ indicate that the proposed design method of generalized composite foundation and corresponding settlement adjustor have widely prospective.
