摘 要:报道了平阳霉素诱发紫竹梅四分体的微核效应以及与紫露草四分体和蚕豆根尖细胞微核效应间的相互关系。结果表明,平阳霉素浓度与微核率间呈线性剂量效应关系,与紫竹梅、紫露草四分体微核率相关非常显著(P<0.01);与蚕豆根尖细胞微核率间相关显著(P<0.05)。同时,紫竹梅四分体微核率和紫露草四分体、蚕豆根尖细胞微核率间相关非常显著(P<0.01),从而为紫竹梅四分体微核率测试系统的建立提供了理论依据。猅his article presents the Pinyangmycin induced micronucleus effect of Setereasea purpurea Boom tetrad and its relationship with the micronucleus effect of Tradescantia Paludosa and Vicia faba root tip cells. The results show that Pinyangmycin concentration has linear dose effect relationship with micronucleus frequencies and extremely significant relationship with micronucleus frequencies of Setereasea purpurea Boom and Tradescantia Paludosa tetrads (P<0.01),as well as of Vicia faba root tip cells (P<0.05). At the meantime,there exists extremely significant relationship of micronucleus frequencies between Setereasea purpurea Boom tetrad and other two plant cells(P<0.01),thus providing some theoretical basis for the establishment of micronucleus frequencies testing system of Setereasea purpurea Boom tetrad.
