摘　　要：随着市场化进程的加快和住房分配制度的改革,城市居住空间逐步私有化,产生了大量的房产物业纠纷,并导致业主开始以集体行动的方式来保护私人利益。通过对业主维权的研究发现,社区运动的结果使公民身份得以确认,公民社区的形成成为可能,进而推动现代城市社会结构的变化。This paper analyzes the background, processes and preliminary result of this community movement, especially the implication relationship between transforming state and society in urban community, the theme of this thesis. As a result, the community movement confirmed the citizenship formed the citizen community. These changes help that it is possible to establish reasonable community power structure.
