摘　　要：建筑虚拟企业的构建,对于提高自身竞争力,更快速更高效地面对商业环境的变化,创造出更多的市场机会具有十分重要的意义.通过对建筑业供应链分析,提出基于供应链集成的建筑虚拟企业的类型及其模型,并阐述了其各自的优点和适用条件,最后论述了建筑虚拟企业构建过程中的关键问题.The creation of virtual constructional enterprise is important in improving itself competitive force, facing change of commercial environment quickly and creating more market opportunity. With the analysis on the construction supply chain, the types and model of virtual constructional enterprise were proposed based on the supply chain integration. The advantage and applicable conditions were discussed. The key problems in the process of creating a virtual constructional enterprise were investigated.
