摘　　要：电子数据交换(EDI)作为一种新型国际贸易方式,是国际经贸不断深化与科技飞速发展相结合的产物。探讨EDI合同应用中产生的电子签名有效性及电子认证法律问题,并提出解决对策。As a new way of international trade, electronic data interchange （EDI） arises from the combination of increasing deepening of international economy and trade and rapid development of science and technology. The paper discussed legal issues arising from the application of electronic signature and authentication in EDI contract and provided some corresponding suggestions.
