摘  要:采用超声波辐射技术,在吡啶介质中,以六氢吡啶为缩合剂,糠醛和丙二酸为原料,经过Knoeve-nagel缩合反应合成α-呋喃丙烯酸。探索了反应物的配比、缩合剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产率的影响,确定了最佳合成条件。该合成方法具有操作简便、反应时间较短、产物分离纯化容易和产率较高等优点。Condensation reaction between carbonyl compound and carbanion are the important part in the courses of organic chemistry and organic experiment. In this paper, α-furylacrylic acid was synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation reaction of furfural and malonic acid using piperidine as condensation agent in pyridine under ultrasonic irradiation. The influences of reaction conditions on the yield were investigated and optimum experimental conditions were found. This synthetic method has advantages such as mild condition, simple operation and after-treatment, short reaction time, higher yield.
