摘　　要：进行农业产业化经营,大力发展农业龙头企业,已成为滁州市农业和农村经济发展的一个重要推动力量。而资金短缺是目前困扰滁州市农业龙头企业做大做强的最大难题。搞好龙头企业的金融服务,需要从其自身的特点出发,采取有针对性的措施,以实现滁州市农业和农村经济的跨越式发展。To carry out industrialized management of agriculture and to develop agricultural leading enterprises have become an important driving force for Chuzhou＇s agricultural and rural economic development. But the shortage of funds is the biggest challenge to Chuzhou＇s leading agricultural enterprises. With good understanding of theis eharaeteristies, proper measures should be taken for in thair strong devdopment the financial services of Chuzhou＇s leading enterprises so that the leaping development of agriculture and rural economy in Chuzhou area can be realized.
