转型期制约我国体育经纪人发展的因素和对策研究

摘　　要：通过研究发现制约我国体育经纪人发展的因素主要是由于竞技体育市场化程度不高,运动员自由转会制度不完善,竞技体育水平不高等因素造成的,而规范体育经纪市场,实行公平竞争;完善社会主义体育市场管理体制、完善运动员自由转会制度;建立规范的体育经纪人管理制度等是发展我国体育经纪人的有效途径。Through literature research and analysis, the author discovers that many factors can hold back the development of sport agents, such as the low-leveled commercialization in sports market, the faultiness of sportsmen＇s transfer system and underdeveloped athletics level. The effective solutions are practicing peaceful competition, perfecting the management system, improving the transfer system and establishing normative administrative regulation for sport agents.
