摘  要:河南作为钼资源大省,是世界钼资源最丰富的地区之一,在世界钼产业中举足轻重。河南钼产业存在的主要问题有:资源集中度不高;产业集中度低、产业链短;采选冶技术落后,诱发环境问题比较突出,部分尾矿坝存在安全隐患。在全球性金融危机大背景下,河南钼产业发展的对策:一是占位于将河南打造成世界级钼生产基地的高度,进一步深化钼资源整合成果,强化钼资源配置调整;二是发挥资源优势,坚持关停小矿山、小选场、小冶炼厂,做大采选和冶炼规模;三是拉长产业链条,提高技术含量,大力发展钼钨深加工产业;四是充分发挥钼业协会作用,调控钼供应总量,确保钼价稳定在合理水平上。Henan province is rich with molybdenum mineral resources,it is one of richest region of molybdenum resource in the world and has very important position in the world molybdenum industry.The existing problems in Henan molybdenum industry are mainly as follows:geographical distribution of molybdenum resources and the industry is not concentrated;mining,dressing and smelting technology is backward,it triggers environmental problems,there are hidden dangers in the aspect of safety on some tailing dams etc.Under the circumstances of global financial crisis,following measures should be took for promoting the development of molybdenum industry in Henan:further deepen the integration of molybdenum mineral resources for building up world-class molybdenum production base;fully use the dominance of molybdenum resource production,firmly close small mines,small concentrating mills,small smelting plants and extend the scale of mining,dressing and smelting production;extend the link of molybdenum industry,increase production technical level and develop advanced processing of molybdenum and tungsten ores;bring the role of the association of molybdenum industry into full play,control total volume of molybdenum supply,so as to guarantee rational cost of molybdenum.
