摘　　要：2008金融危机导致全球矿业市场开始进入萧条期。我国资源行业及地勘单位将面临生存和发展的巨大挑战或机遇。地勘单位要顺利渡过此转折时期并为下一次高速发展打好基础,必须做好基础工作管理改革,通过转变服务观念、调整并储备人才、对内对外正确定位、细分市场等积极措施渡过危机并为未来发展蓄势。The financial crisis in 2008 leads global mining market enter depression period.The mineral resource industry and geological and prospecting enterprises are faced with the great challenges or opportunities of survival and development.In order to smoothly spend the difficulty period and lay a solid foundation for rapid development in the next period,geological and prospecting enterprises should take following measures:carry out basic management reform,change the concept of service,adjust the personnel structure and reserve experts,correctly fix own position,actively meet the needs of the market.
