安全型静脉留置针在急诊危重患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨安全型静脉留置针在急诊危重患者中的应用。方法:对1500例危重患者进行恰当型号的安全型静脉留置针穿刺,对其效果进行观察。结果:为危重患者抢救赢得了时间,检查和转动患者过程中漏针的风险为零,护理人员针刺伤发生率为零。结论:安全型静脉留置针能减少重复穿刺,保护静脉,大大降低针刺伤发生率,提高工作效率,提高抢救成功率,保障了护理职业的安全性。Objective：To probe into the application of safety venous indwelled needle in the critical patients of emergency department. Methods：A total of 1 500 cases critical patients were carried out the penetration by the proper size venous indwelled needle, then observing the effects. Results ：The use of safety indwelled needle could improve the safety of infusion and guarantee the dosage of drug without the nursing personnel suffered from the injury of needle. Conclusion：The application of safety venous indwelled needle could decrease the repeat penetration, protect the vein, largely decrease the incurrence of needle injury,improve the successful rate of resuing, facilitate the work efficiency and maintain the safety of nurses.
