甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗变应性咽炎的近期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗变应性咽炎的临床近期疗效。方法；将76例变应性咽炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组40例，对照组36例。试验组在与对照组相同治疗的基础上给予甘露聚糖肽胶囊口服，每次10mg，1日3次，疗程为1个月。结果：试验组有效率为92．5％，对照组为72．22％，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：甘露聚糖肽胶囊对变应性咽炎具有免疫增强作用，与抗过敏药物联合应用可提高其疗效，缩短治疗时间，具有临床推广价值。Objective： To explore the curative effects of Manna tide in treating allergic pharyngitis. Methods： Dividing 76 cases of allergic pharyngitis patients into treatment group （40 eases） and control group （36 eases） randomly. Treat the treatment group with Manna tide besides the same treatment as the control group. Results： The effective rate of the treatment and control group was 92. 5% and 72.22%. Conclusion： Manna tide has clinical spreading significane.
