某高校大学生蠕形螨面部感染现状及与脂溢性皮炎的相关性

摘　　要：目的:了解我校大学生面部蠕形螨感染情况,为进一步做好学校医疗保健工作提供依据。方法:1.采用透明胶带粘贴法对我校187名大学生(其中留学生(印度)87人),进行了面部蠕形螨抽样调查;2.采用问卷调查表的形式让每位被调查的学生填写,了解蠕形螨感染与脂溢性皮炎的关系。结果:被调查者蠕形螨总感染率为29.41%,其中,印度留学生感染率为47.12%,明显高于中国籍学生14%,(Χ2=24.59,P<0.01);被检阳性者均为毛囊蠕形螨。蠕形螨感染与皮肤类型有关,油性皮肤感染率为50.84%,明显高于混合性皮肤27.10%和干性皮肤14.28%,(Χ2=13.48,P<0.01);面部有脂溢性皮炎症状者,阳性率为40.00%,明显高于面部无皮疹者12.50%,(Χ2=16.13,P<0.01)。结论:蠕形螨在我校大学生中感染较普遍,尤其在印度留学生中感染率较高,油性皮肤学生感染率明显高于混合性和干性皮肤学生,面部有脂溢性皮炎症状者,明显高于面部无皮疹者,应采取相应的防治措施。Purpose to understand demodex facial infections in college students and to provide data for the further advancement of disease prevention and treatment within schools. Methods 1 ） 187 college students, including 87 oversea students from India, were sam- pled for this study, facial demodex samples were collected using a transparency tape technique. 2） The relationship between seborrheic dermatitis and demodex facial infection was studied using questionnaire forms filled out by each participate. Results The overall infec- tivity rate of demodex among participants is 29.41%. Among them, infectivity in Indian students was 47.12%, significantly higher than Chinese students （ 14%, X^2 = 24. 59, P 〈 0. 01 ） ; The positive participants were all infected with Demodex Folliculltm. Demodex infections were associated with skin type; 50. 84% infectivity in oily skin type, 27. 10% infectivity in mixed oily and dry skin type, and 14. 28% infectivity in dry skin type （X^2 = 13.48 P 〈 0.01 ） . In people with facial seborrheic dermatitis, the demodex infectivity rate was 40. 00%, significantly higher than people without dermatitis （ 12. 50%, X^2 = 16. 13, P 〈0. 01 ） 2 Conclusion Demo- dex facial infectivity is high among college students in Yichun College, especially in overseas Indian students. Oily skin type has a higher infectivity rate than that of mixed and dry skin types. People with facial seborrheic dermatitis also have higher infectivity rates. Corresponding measures should be taken for prevention and treatment.
