摘　　要：一致矩阵是层次分析的理论基础.本文给出了正互反矩阵A为一致的充分必要条件是rank(A)=1,且aii=1,并且给出了一种新的一致性检验指标KI=rank(A)-1n-1,同时给出了正矩阵为一致矩阵的充分必要条件.The consistent matrix is the analytic hierarchy rationale. This article has given reciprocal matrix A is the consistent full essential condition is rank （A）= 1, and given a new consistency test indicator which is KI=rank（A）^-1/n-1, and also given a necessary and sufficient condition which is positive matrix for the consistent matrix.
