摘  要:【目的】为污泥堆肥工业化处理提供参考。【方法】以杨凌城市污水处理厂污泥为原料,以锯末为调理剂,研究起始C/N分别为25和7.13的2种污泥在堆肥化处理过程中,堆体温度的空间变化特征。【结果】在同一起始C/N堆料内,堆体上、下层温度呈同时升高、同时降低的变化趋势;不同起始C/N堆体温度的波动变化、达到最高温度的时间、高温持续时间、进入低温腐熟期的时间及下层堆体所能达到的温度范围均不同。不同起始C/N堆料在3个发酵时期(升温期、高温期、降温期)中的温度变化存在差异,在C/N为25的堆料中,高温区分布均呈凹型,分布区域随堆肥时间的延长向上推移,最凹点由升温期时距发酵仓底0.47 m处提升到降温期时的0.66 m处;鼓风近点温度比鼓风水平远点的温度高1~4℃;在C/N为7.13的堆料中,3个发酵时期中的高温区域分布形状不同:升温期的高温区呈倾斜的凸型分布,高温期发酵仓不同部位均处于高温状态,降温期的高温区呈凹型分布,最凹点在距发酵仓底0.50 m处。【结论】在强制通风静态垛发酵仓中,2种不同起始C/N污泥堆体温度空间分布及变化存在明显差异。【Objective】This study provides an important reference for sewage sludge composting treatment.【Method】The effects of two different initial C/N(25,7.13) sewage sludges gathered from the Yangling City Sewage Treatment Plant on spatial variation of compost pile temperature in aerated static pile composting device during composting were investigated.【Result】The results showed that in layers of upper and lower in the same C/N ratio material piles at initial stage,the law of material piles temperature of increasing and reducing was consistent.While,in the different C/N material piles,the change tendency of pile temperature,the maximum temperature and the duration of high temperature,the initial time of achieving the low temperature and the range of material piles temperature in the bottom layer were different.The temperature isograms were carried out by using semivariogram and Kriging methods.The temperature isograms showed that,in the different C/N material piles,there were a lot of differences in the temperature variation during the three fermentation times(heating period,high temperature period,falling temperature period).In the higher C/N material piles,there presented a convexity type at high temperature period and the temperature distribution area gradually rose during the composting process,and the apex of the higher temperature area was promoted from 0.47 m at the stage of heating to 0.66 m at the stage of cooling.Meanwhile,the temperature close to air blower was higher about 1-4 ℃ than that far away from the air blower.However,the shapes of the high temperature distribution area were different in the lower C/N material piles.There presented an asymmetric concave type area in heating period,and the temperature of material piles in all reactor areas at high temperature period was the highest,at the falling temperature distribution of the concave type appeared and its apex was as high as 0.50 m.【Conclusion】It is concluded that,in aerated static pile composting device,the temperature spati
