摘  要:【目的】研究温度对鸡粪与秸秆混合原料厌氧发酵产气特性的影响,为提高厌氧发酵产气效率提供依据。【方法】将鸡粪分别与稻秆、麦秆和玉米秆以1∶1(干物质质量比)混合作为厌氧发酵原料,采用自行设计的可控性恒温厌氧发酵装置,分别在25,30,35和40℃4个温度梯度下进行厌氧发酵,研究温度对3种混合原料发酵效果的影响。用SAS软件对各因素进行多元回归分析,建立回归方程,确定各种发酵原料的最优发酵条件。【结果】3种混合原料在25,30,35和40℃恒温条件下,均能在厌氧发酵开始后的5-14 d达最大产气速率,在31-48 d累积产气量均达到总产气量的90%。25℃下的产气效率最差,鸡粪与稻秆、麦秆和玉米秆混合原料的最大产气速率分别为1.22,1.42和2.01 L/d,累积产气量分别为40.6,35.6和34.1 L;40℃下的产气效率最好,鸡粪与稻秆、麦秆和玉米秆混合原料的最大产气速率分别为2.45,2.49和2.63 L/d,累积产气量分别为41.9,41.9和44.6 L。【结论】随温度的升高,3种混合原料的产气速率增大,最大产气速率出现的时间提前,但厌氧发酵时间并没有缩短,累积产气量也未增加。合理调控厌氧发酵温度和发酵时间,可获得较高的产气效率。【Objective】Temperature is one of the main factors influencing fermentation period length and biogas production efficiency.It′s study could increase the biogas production efficiency.【Method】Experiment was conducted to investigate the effects at the temperature of 25,30,35 and 40 ℃ and selected 1∶1 mixture of Chicken feces and crop(rice,wheat and corn)straw as fermented material.Multiple regression analysis of the data was conducted and regression equations were established using SAS software.Results showed that the three kinds of mixed materials can all produce biogas normally at 4 temperature grades.【Result】The worst biogas-producing efficiency was under 25 ℃(the max daily biogas production of the three kinds of mixtures was 1.22,1.42 and 2.01 L/d,the cumulative biogas production 40.6,35.6 and 34.1 L),while the best biogas-producing efficiency was under 40 ℃(the max daily biogas production of the three kinds of mixtures was 2.45,2.49 and 2.63 L/d,the cumulative biogas production 41.9,41.9 and 44.6 L).The day attaining max biogas production for the three kinds of mixtures was from 5th to 14th.The days of percentage of cumulative biogas production above 90% were all from 37 to 48 d.【Conclusion】The maximum daily biogas production increased as the temperature grew.The higher the temperature,the earlier the day attaining maximum daily biogas production appeared.The overall length of the fermentation period was not shortened as temperature increased within a certain range.In addition,cumulative biogas production was not increased as temperature increased.Therefore,rational control of temperature and fermentation period might increase biogas-producing efficiency.
