黄芪三仙汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症36例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪三仙汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将61例患者随机分为2组。治疗组36例服用黄芪三仙汤治疗;对照组25例服用钙尔奇D治疗。疗程均为6个月。观察临床疗效及治疗前后肾阳虚症状积分、桡尺骨骨矿含量、骨密度、骨代谢生化指标等的变化。结果:显效率和总有效率治疗组分别为66.7%和91.7%,对照组分别为36.0%和60.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时可提高桡尺骨BMD、BMC及E2,降低IL-6、尿Hop/Cr及Ca/Cr(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪三仙汤可明显改善患者肾阳虚症状,其作用机制可能与提高雌激素水平,改善骨代谢,增加绝经后妇女的骨密度,抑制骨吸收作用,防止骨丢失有关。Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of HuangQiSanXian Tang（HQSXT）,a traditional Chinese medicine, on postmenopausal osteoporosis（PMOP）. Methods： Sixty-one cases of PMOP were randomized into the HQSXT group（n=36） and the Callrate D 600 group（n=25）,treating for 6 months. And such symptoms as newly found Yang-deficiency symptom score, bone mineral content（BMC）, bone mineral density（BMD）, sex hormone level, blood and urinary indexes for bone metabolism that occurred in patients were observed. Results： In the HQSXT group, the significant efficency and the total effective rate were 66.7% and 91.7%, which was significantly better than that in the Callrate D 600 group（P〈0.05）.＋Moreover, as compared with the Callrate D 600 group, levels in the HQSXT group of bone mineral content（BMC） bone mineral density（BMD）, sex hormone level were significantly higher, interleukin 6 （IL-6）, urinary hydroxyproline/creatinine, urinary calcium/creatinine were significantly lower（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： the HQSXT can treat PMOP obviously improve Yang-deficiency symptom, as it could obviously increase the sex hormone level, improve a bone metabolism, increase postmenopausal women＇s BMD, repress a bone absorption function, and keep bone from throwing losing.
