摘 要:有机硅钻井液具有流动性好、易于维护、防塌能力强等优点,为了掌握有机硅处理剂的防塌能力、抗粘土侵能力及维护处理方法,分别做了页岩稳定试验、粘土侵试验和有机硅处理剂降粘试验,试验结果表明有机硅处理剂具有良好的防塌、抗粘土侵能力,通过试验确定有机硅钻井液维护处理方案;根据冀中地层特点确定上部地层采用抑制能力强的聚合物钻井液,抑制粘土分散,利于固相控制;钻至馆陶组底部时转化为易于维护的有机硅钻井液,利于钻井液性能控制及井壁稳定;在大位移斜井、深井、探井等井的广泛应用,体现出有机硅钻井液具有防塌能力强、摩阻低、性能稳定、流变性易于控制等优点。Organosilicon drilling fluid had advantages of good flow properties, easy for maintenance, good caving prevention. In order to understand its caving prevention ability, clay influx prevention ability and maintaining methods, some tests were made on shale stability, clay influx, viscosity decrease of additives. It shows that this kind of drilling fluid has good abilities on caving prevention and clay influx. Both polymer drilling fluid and organosilicon drilling fluid are used in accordance with the features of Jizhong Formation. After used in inclined wells, extended reach wells, and exploration wells, this fluid also reflects the advantages on low friction resistant coefficient, good flow properties, easy for maintenance, and so on..
