乳腺肿物异常摄取^(99m)Tc-MDP的84例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨99mTc-MDP全身骨显像时乳腺肿物摄取显像剂显影的临床意义。方法:84例乳腺肿物患者静脉注射99mTc-MDP后2-3小时行全身骨显像,乳腺出现局灶性或弥漫性99mTc-MDP放射性浓聚为异常,所有肿物均经手术及病理证实。结果:84例全身骨显像患者中69例乳腺肿物局灶性摄取99mTc-MDP,其中62例为恶性;15例乳腺弥漫性摄取者中3例为恶性。结论:99mTc-MDP全身骨显像乳腺肿物异常显影对乳腺肿物良恶性的鉴别有一定的价值。Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of abnormal uptake of 99mTc - MDP by breast lesions in whole body imaging. Methods： 99mTc - MDP whole body scintigraphy were performed in 84 patients with breast lesions. Then excisional biopsy or surgery was performed in all patients for pathological diagnosis. Results：In 69 eases of focal 99mTc - MDP uptake,62 were confirmed as breast cancer,in 15 cases of diffuse 99mTc - MDP uptake 3 eases were confirmed as breast cancer. Conclusion： 99mTc - MDP whole body scintigraphy is of great value in differentiating benign and malignant lesions of breast.
