河南汉族斑秃及其中医证型与HLA-DRB1基因的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨河南汉族斑秃及其中医证型与HLA-DRB1基因的相关性。方法采用PCR-SSO流式荧光微珠检测技术(SSO,序列特异性寡核苷酸探针),对114例河南汉族斑秃患者的HLA-DRB1基因多态性进行研究,并对斑秃中医证型与HLA-DRB1的相关性进行分析。结果HLA-DRB1*12低于正常对照组(χ2=5.209,P=0.022),HLA-DRB1*15显著高于正常对照组(χ2=10.079,P=0.001)。这两个基因甚至HLA-DRB1*16都可能与发病轻重程度有关。各中医证型基因频率未发现显著性差异。结论河南汉族斑秃与HLA-DRB1相关联,中医证型基因频率差异不明显。Objective To discuss the possible correlation between human leukicyte antigen-DRB1 （HLA-DRB1） genes and the sub-types of alopecia areata, which were differentiated based on traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） theory. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific oligonucleotide （PCR-SSO）technique were used to HLA-DRB1 typing in 114 Han nationality patients with alopecia areata in Henan province. The correlation of HLA-DRB1 gene polymorphism to the sub-types of alopecia areata,based on TCM theory were analyzed. Results The gene frequence of HLA-DRB 1＊12 was lower in patients with alopecia areata than those in control group （X2=5.209, P=0.022）and HLA-DRBI＊15 was much higher （X2= 10.079, P=0.001）, the two genes even HLA-DRBI＊16 might have correlation with the severity of the disease. There were no significant differences between sub-types. Conclusion Alopecia areata in Henan is a HLA-DRB1 related disease.
