皮肤淋巴细胞相关抗原在寻常性银屑病中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤淋巴细胞相关抗原(CLA)在寻常性银屑病发病过程中的表达情况。方法选择寻常性银屑病患者70例,其中进展期20例,静止期50例,采用免疫组化法和流式细胞分析法检测银屑病皮损及外周血中CLA的表达情况。结果银屑病皮损中CLA及其配体E-选择素表达均为强阳性。银屑病进展期患者外周血表达CLA的T细胞亚群明显高于正常人,同时对比静止期也明显增高。而静止期与正常人比较只有CLA+CD8+T细胞显著升高。结论CLA在T细胞上的表达与银屑病病理机制有关。Objective To investigate the cutaneous lymphocyte-associated antigen （CLA） expression in the initiative progression of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 70 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were involved, among which 50 patients were in progressing stage and 20 patients were in resting stage. We collected their skin lesions and peripheral blood as testing samples. We took immunohistochemistry method in frozen sections and used flow cytometric analysis in mononuclear cells of their peripheral blood. Results In psoriatic skin lesions, expression of CLA and its ligand E-selection was strongly positive. In peripheral blood, CLA on T cell subsets from progressing stage patients was much higher than those from resting stage and also higher than those from health controls. Compared with the health controls, only the frequency on CLACD8＊T cells was increased in resting stage patients. Conclusion Expression of CLA on T cell may have relationship with the pathogenesis of psorasis. Key words： psoriasis; cutaneous lymphocyt-associated antigen; T lymphocyte; homing
