摘  要:用注射L-T4和PTU灌胃的方法成功地制备了甲状腺机能增高(甲高)和甲状腺机能减低(甲低)小鼠模型,并对这些小鼠的免疫功能进行了检测。发现甲低小鼠脾细胞数减少,甲高和甲低小鼠脾细胞对ConA反应性减弱。甲高小鼠IgM产生增加,而甲低小鼠IgM产生降低。但此两组甲状腺机能异常小鼠的IgG产生均受到抑制。此外,还发现甲低小鼠脾脏中Ts细胞比值增加。n order to investigate the in vivo effect of thyroxine on immunity, the authors prepared hyperthroid mice by subcutaneous injection of Ltetraiodothyronine(LT4) and hypothyroid mice by oral administration of propylthiouracil(PTU). In mice rendered hypothyroid splenic cells were decreased. The reactivities of splenic lymphocytes to concanavalin A were depressed in both hyperthroid and hypothroid mice. The primary immune response in hyperthyroid mice to an injection of SRBC showed an increase in IgM plaque forming cells(IgMPFC). However, in hypothyroid mice the IgMPFCs were decreased. At the tenth day after challenged by SRBC, both hyper and hypothyroid mice produced less IgGPFCs in spleens than did normal mice. In addition, an increased percentage of suppressor T lymphocytes was found in spleens of hypothyroid mice, which may contribute to inhibition of immunity in the mice.
