摘 要:用注射L-T4和PTU灌胃的方法成功地制备了甲状腺机能增高(甲高)和甲状腺机能减低(甲低)小鼠模型,并对这些小鼠的免疫功能进行了检测。发现甲低小鼠脾细胞数减少,甲高和甲低小鼠脾细胞对ConA反应性减弱。甲高小鼠IgM产生增加,而甲低小鼠IgM产生降低。但此两组甲状腺机能异常小鼠的IgG产生均受到抑制。此外,还发现甲低小鼠脾脏中Ts细胞比值增加。n order to investigate the in vivo effect of thyroxine on immunity, the authors prepared hyperthroid mice by subcutaneous injection of Ltetraiodothyronine(LT4) and hypothyroid mice by oral administration of propylthiouracil(PTU). In mice rendered hypothyroid splenic cells were decreased. The reactivities of splenic lymphocytes to concanavalin A were depressed in both hyperthroid and hypothroid mice. The primary immune response in hyperthyroid mice to an injection of SRBC showed an increase in IgM plaque forming cells(IgMPFC). However, in hypothyroid mice the IgMPFCs were decreased. At the tenth day after challenged by SRBC, both hyper and hypothyroid mice produced less IgGPFCs in spleens than did normal mice. In addition, an increased percentage of suppressor T lymphocytes was found in spleens of hypothyroid mice, which may contribute to inhibition of immunity in the mice.
