摘　　要：从云南粮食安全遇到的人粮矛盾等关键问题出发,分析农业科技创新人才团队在解决云南粮食安全问题中的独特地位和取得的突出成就。提出瞄准云南粮食安全的关键问题,组建富有开拓精神的农业科技创新人才团队;发挥管理部门有机协调的职能,打造农业科技创新人才的高效团队;根据农业生产和流通周期的规律,建立农业创新成果转化的联动机制等推动云南粮食安全问题解决的建议。The article, starting from the key problems such as the contradiction between human and food that are challenging the food security in Yunnan Province, analyzed the particular role played, and the extruding achievement made, by the team of creative talents in agricultural science and technology in solving Yunnan food security issues. Based on the analysis of the existing problems, the notion to organize and build an innovative and exploitive talent team of agricultural science and technology by aiming at the key problems in food security of Yunnan, to construct a high-efficient talent team of agricultural science and technology by exerting the organically harmonious function of the administrative bodies, and to establish a linkage transferring system for agricultural creative fruits to form suggestions on solutions to the food security problems according to the law of agro-production and circulate periods, has been put forward.
