摘 要:采用淤背方式加固黄河大堤时,河南、山东一期工程堤身多处出现裂缝。因放淤固堤具有特殊性,裂缝对堤防安全影响的量化研究成果较少,裂缝工况下堤防的安全性态尚不清楚,从而制约处理方案与应急预案的确定。堤防破损或开裂时,其安全状况受裂缝状况、水位、降雨、土壤特性等因素的影响,现以山东东明段黄河标准化堤防为例,分析裂缝对堤防安全的危害。研究表明,堤身裂缝越深,堤防安全状况越恶劣;降雨会进一步恶化堤身安全状况;堤身裂缝的危害程度与土壤特性密切相关,堤防发生事故的几率同降雨历时、雨强、裂缝深度、临河堤坡水位下降速率成正比。该成果可为防汛抢险与堤防维护加固提供参考。When dike reinforcement with silt was applied in Yellow River, cracks appeared in the first stage project in Henan and Shandong Province. Because of the particularity for the dike reinforcement with silt, there was no quantitative result of the effect of crack on safety of dike, and safety features of dike were not clarified under the work of crack so that it would be restricted to prepare treatment and counter plan of contingency. When dilapidation or crack occurred in dike, the safety status was influenced by factors including status of crack, water level, rainfall, characteristic of soil and so on. Taking the Dongming dike-section of Yellow River in Shandong Province as an example, endanger of crack on safety of dike was analyzed. It shows that the deeper the depth of crack is, the lower the safe of dike is, and the safety of status of dike becomes abominable with rainfall. Moreover, the damage degree of crack of dike is closely correlated with the characteristic of soil, and the chance of accident is proportional to the rainfall duration, intension of rainfall, depth of crack, decreasing velocity of water level of the dike in nearby river. The results could maintenance and reinforcement of the dikes.
