摘  要:以矮生菜豆品种美国贡豆和哈菜豆六号为试材,研究了矮生菜豆叶片衰老过程中碳氮代谢指标的变化。试验结果表明,矮生菜豆叶片展开至衰老过程中,叶片全氮含量逐渐下降,而硝酸还原酶(NR)活性和叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸含量呈抛物线型变化,且峰值均出现在叶片展开后14d左右。Changes in carbon-nitrogen metabolism indices in kidney bean leaves during leaf senescence were studied in Meiguogongdou and Hacaidou No.6. The main results were as follows: during the process of leaf growth and senescence, total N content decreased gradually. But changes in many nitrogen metabolism indices such as filtrate reductase (NR) activity, chlorophyll, soluble protein (Pr), carbohydrate and free amino acid content in leaves, altered like a parabola, and the maxima all appeared on the fourteenth day after leaf unfolding.
