输精管结扎对大鼠胸腺细胞自身增殖反应性和ConA诱导的脾细胞增殖反应性的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究输精管结扎大鼠Ｔ淋巴细胞功能的变化。方法：应用生物学方法检测了输精管结扎６月和１６月大鼠胸腺细胞自身增殖反应性、ＣｏｎＡ诱导的脾细胞增殖反应性以及培养上清中ＩＬ－２活性。结果：①胸腺细胞自身增殖反应性，ＶＧ与ＳＯＧ比较无显著差异；②ＣｏｎＡ诱导的脾细胞增殖反应性和ＩＬ－２活性，ＶＧ６明显低于ＳＯＧ６（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）；而ＶＧ２５和ＳＯＧ２５比较无明显差异。结论：输精管结扎早期，成熟Ｔ细胞功能暂时性降低。Objective:To study the functional changes of cell immunological after vasectomy.Methods:We have observed the influence of vasectomy on spontaneous proliferation of thymus cells and proliferation of splenocytes induced by ConA by using a model of rats which were vasectomized for 6 and 16 months.Results:①Spontaneous proliferation of thymus cells in VG was not significantly different from that in the SOG;②Proliferation of spelenocytes induced by ConAand activity of IL-2 from the rats vasectomized for 6 months were reduced remarkably (P<001;P<005) and recovered to normal in rats vasectomized for 16 months.Conclusion:The results may provide an experimental evidence for the function of mature Tlymphocytes reduced in the early stage after vasectomy.
