摘　　要：本文介绍一个涉外钻井生产经营管理网络系统的总体框架、数据环境以及系统模式和功能。该系统应用局域网、企业网和互联网实现地处国外的作业队、基地、项目部与地处国内的总部多级子系统之间数据共享。作业队级子系统通过井场局域网采集、管理实时、静态和动态钻井数据,根据用户不同工作角色的访问控制(RBAC),实现作业队人员、钻井、钻井液、固井、HSE、设备和材料的管理,对钻井作业实现实时决策分析。In the paper the network system about production operation management involved foreign countries is presented, introducing its integral frame data circumstance as well as the system pattern and function. It makes the domestic headquarters of multilevel subsystems share data with the overseas work --team the bases and project--departments through the application of local area network corporation network and the internet. The subsyetem of work--team class gather and administer the static or dynamic data via local area network of the well field. According to Role--Based Access Control carrying out the man- agement of the work-team staffs well drilling mud fluid well cementation Healthy Safety Environment equipment and material and realizing real-time strategy analysis of drilling operation.
