河北省生态系统敏感性评价研究

摘　　要：针对河北省存在的主要生态环境问题,利用生态环境调查数据及标准和生态环境调查资料,对生态环境敏感性进行了综合评价。综合149个县区的资料,将河北省分为3个级别:不敏感、弱敏感、敏感。评价结果为生态敏感区、生态弱敏感区、生态不敏感区分别占河北省总面积的34%、64%和2%。对各区域提出了相应的生态环境保护对策,为河北省将来的发展规划和生态环境规划方案的制定提供了依据。This paper aims to solve the current environmental problems of Hebei by utilizing the ecological environment survey data and standards, and environmental surveying sources, and synthetically analyzing and evaluating the sensitivity in question. The environment sensitivity is classified to five degrees： acute sensitive, high sensitive, mediate sensitive, low sensitive and non- sensitive according to environment sensitivity index, based on data collected from 149 counties, Hebei province is classified to three degrees： non - sensitive, low sensitive and acute sensitive. Evaluation results of ecologically sensitive areas for weak ecological sensitive areas, ecological sensitive areas respectively of the total area of Hebei are 34 %, 64 % and 2 %, which provided the foundation for making urban planning and environmental protection planning to Hebei province.
