活血疏肝汤治疗脑梗死后抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察活血疏肝汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将90例缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为两组,各45例。治疗组用活血疏肝汤治疗,对照组用氟西汀胶囊治疗,均以4周为1个疗程。观察抑郁症改善程度和神经功能康复的疗效。结果改善抑郁症的总有效率,治疗组为88.9%,对照组为71.1%(P<0.05);神经功能康复疗效,治疗组总有效率为91.1%,对照组为73.3%(P<0.05)。结论活血疏肝汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后抑郁症有较好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Huoxue Shugan Decoction＂ in the treatment of poststroke depression. Methods Total 90 subjects were randomly divided into two groups： 45 cases in treatment group were treated with ＂Huoxue Shugan Decoction＂ and 45 cases in control group were treated with Fluoxetine, with a course of 4 weeks. The depression symptom and nerve function were evaluated befor and after treatment. Results After 4-week treatment, the total effective rate was 88.9% in treatment group and 71.1% in control group in the relief of depression （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the total effective rate was 91.1% in treatment group and 73.3% in control group in the improvement of nerve function（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Huoxue Shugan Decoction＂ has good effects in the treatment of poststroke depression.
