仙鹿活骨丸对激素性股骨头坏死细胞凋亡影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的从微观结构变化考察仙鹿活骨丸对激素性股骨头坏死细胞凋亡影响,为临床应用提供参考。方法给大鼠臀肌注射醋酸强的松龙造成激素型股骨头坏死模型,通过原位细胞凋亡检测、光镜和电镜考察仙鹿活骨丸对激素性股骨头坏死细胞凋亡影响。结果原位细胞凋亡检测分析,发现模型大鼠给仙鹿活骨丸后细胞凋亡数量明显减少;光镜观察可以发现,仙鹿活骨丸可以减少空缺骨陷窝数,降低股骨头组织坏死程度。电镜观察可以发现,仙鹿活骨丸治疗后的骨细胞细胞核染色质和染色体相对均匀,线粒体、高尔基体、内质网等细胞器增多,而糖原溶解与脂肪空泡均较模型对照组减少,因而可提高成骨细胞骨形成的功能,有助于股骨头缺血性坏死修复过程。结论仙鹿活骨丸可以减少激素性股骨头坏死细胞凋亡,改善坏死部位的组织形态学,治疗股骨头坏死。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Xianlu Huogu Wan＂ on apeptosis of ischemic necrotic femoral head. Methods Rat model of ischemic necrotic femoral head was duplicated by intramuscular injection of acetic prednisolone at hips. Through apeptosis index, light microscope and electron microscope, check the effects of ＂Xianlu Huogu Wan＂ on apoptosis of necrotic femoral head. Results By apoptosis index, the apoptosis was decreased remarkably after giving ＂Xianlu Huogu Wan＂ to model rat. Light microscope showed that ＂Xianlu Huogu Wan＂ could reduce the number of vacancies in bone lacuna, necrosis severity of the femoral head. Electronic microscope found that, after treatment by ＂Xianlu Huogu Wan＂, the nuclear chromatin and chromosome of bone cellss became relatively uniform; mitochondria, Golgi body, and endoplasmic reticulum cell increased, hence to improve osteoblast bone formation and help repair vascular necrosis process. Conclusion ＂Xianlu Huogu Wan＂ can cure necrotic femoral head by decreasing apoptosis and improving the histomorpbology.
