摘　　要：从秦岭大黄RheumqinlingenseY.K.Yang，D.K.ZhangetJ.K.Wu根茎的乙醇溶性部分分得10个化合物，经光谱学鉴定，它们的结构分别为大黄酚（chrysophanol，Ⅰ）、大黄素甲醚（physcione，Ⅱ）、芦荟大黄素（aloe-emodin，Ⅲ）、大黄素（emodin，Ⅳ）、大黄酚8－O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（chrysophanol8－O-β-D－glucopyranoside，Ⅴ）、大黄素甲醚8－O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（physcione8－O-β-D－glucopyranoside，Ⅵ）、芦荟大黄素8－O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（aloe－emodin8－O-β-D-glucopyranoside，Ⅶ）大黄素8－O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（emodin8－O-β-D－glucopyranoside，Ⅷ）、大黄酸（rhein，Ⅸ）和大黄酚8－O-β-D－（6′－O-丙二酸单酰基）吡喃葡萄糖苷[chrysophanol8－O-β-D－（6′－O－malonyl）glucopyranoside，Ⅹ]。其中化合物Ⅹ系新化合物，Ⅵ和Ⅷ为首次从秦岭大黄中分得。From the rhizomes of Rheum qinlingense Y. K. Yang, D. K. Zhang et J. K. Wu, a new anthraquinone,named chrysophanol-8-O-β-D- (6′ -malonyl)glucopyranoside (Ⅹ),was isolated together with nine known compounds,i. e. chrysophanol (Ⅰ), physcione(Ⅱ),aloe-emodin (Ⅲ),emodin (Ⅳ),chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅴ),physcione-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅵ),aloe-emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅶ),emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅷ), and rhein (Ⅸ). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic means. Compounds Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were isolated for the first time from the rhizomes of R. qinlingense.
