摘 要:研究α-改性沸石对钾的吸附性能,分离和提取钾元素。通过静态试验,得出了改性沸石对K+的吸附容量为36.13mg/g沸石,当温度为25℃时,吸附等温线可以用Freundlich吸附公式来进行拟合,相关系数R2>0.983。利用α-改性沸石为介质的BAF反应器对糖蜜酒精废液进行提钾的实验研究,结果表明,在温度25~30℃,进水COD浓度1500~1800mg/L,NH3-N浓度180~210mg/L,钾(K+)浓度0.65~0.75g/L、pH7~9,水力负荷3.0m3(/m.2d)和气水比为3:1条件下,系统稳定运行,钾的吸附率达90%以上,洗脱富钾液中钾(K+)浓度可达38g/L。为生态型提钾的工程应用奠定基础。Zeolite absorption ability of potassium as well as separation and extraction of potassium from molasses alcohol wastewater were studied. Static experiment showed that potassium absorption volume was 36.13mg/g zeolite, and adsorption isotherm can be well fit with Freundlich equation when temperature was 25℃, with relative coefficient above 0.983. The study on BAF to extract potassium from molasses alcohol wastewater using zeolite showed that the adsorbent rate of potassium was more than 90% and potassium concentration of elution liquid reached 38g/L under the conditions of temperature 25-30℃, influent COD concentration 1,500-1,800mg/L, NH3-N concentration 180-210mg/L, K2O concentration 0.65-0.75g/L, pH 7-9, hydraulic load 3.0m^3/(m^2·d) and air-to-water rate 3:1. The study will provide experimental basis for the application of potassium extraction.
