摘 要:目前对食品加工类项目的环境影响评价重点分析和评价的内容集中在项目自身的排污治理措施分析。而往往忽视了外界潜在污染源对食品厂区的环境空气影响,文章探讨了外界潜在污染源对食品厂区环境空气影响评价方法,分别从评价因子选取、标准值确定、模式选取、预测结果分析评价等方面进行研究。并以乳制品厂为实例进行说明,通过分析预测结果判断外界潜在污染源与乳制品厂之间距离是否合理,并且判断外界潜在污染源是否对乳制品卫生安全构成威胁。Attentions are paid to the analysis of pollution control measures in environment impact assessment (EIA) of food processing project, but ambient air impact of potential pollution source on food processing area are usually neglected. EIA method of potential pollution source including selection of EIA factors, standard value assurance, mode selection as well as impact estimate was studied, with a case study of a milk products workshop. The distance between the workshop and potential pollution source was estimated to see whether the potential pollution source would constitute threat to health and safety of the workshop.
