摘 要:目的探讨苦瓜水提取物的抗突变作用。方法应用彗星实验及Ames实验对苦瓜水提取物进行抗突变研究。结果彗星试验2.5,5.0,10.0g/(kg.bw)3个剂量组与阳性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),减少环磷酰胺(CP)引起的细胞DNA损伤;Ames试验5000,1667,556μg/皿3个剂量组在+/-S9的条件下,均能不同程度地抑制二氨基芴(2-AF)、敌克松(Dexon)引起的TA98、TA100回变菌落数的增加。结论在本实验条件下,苦瓜水提取物具有明显的抗突变作用。Objective To study the anti-mutagenicity of water extracts from Momordica charantia. Methods The comet assay and Ames test were used to detect the anti-mutagenicity of water extracts from Momordica charantia. Results The comet assay results showed that there was significant difference between the negative control and the treated groups in dose of 2. 5,5.0,10. 0g/kg · bw( P 〈 0. 05 ). The water extracts from Momordica charantia could reduce the damage of cell caused by cyclophosphamide. The Ames test results showed that the increasing of the frqeuency of revertant colonies of TA98 ,TA100 treated with positive mutagens could be inhibited by the 5000,1667,556μg/plate of water extracts from Momordica charantia with or without S9. Conclusion The water extracts from Momordica charantia can inhibit mutagenesis caused by mutagens in the test.
