太原市社区中老年人听力损失及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨山西省太原市社区中老年人听力损失的影响因素。方法采取随机整群抽样方法抽取太原市4个社区40岁～的中老年人774人(男性324人,女性450人)调查一般情况、生活习惯、患病史、既往史等;分别取双耳0.5,1,2及4KHz听阈的平均值作为平均听阈;采用SPSS11.5统计软件进行单因素及多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、耳毒性药物、中耳炎史、耳部损伤、高烧缓治、经常挖耳朵,文化程度、月收入,居住环境、高血压与听力损失有关(P均<0.05或P<0.01);多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、高血压、文化程度和收入与听力损失有关;高年龄和高血压是听力损失的危险因素;高文化程度和高收入是听力损失的保护因素。结论年龄、高血压、文化程度和收入与听力损失有关。Objective To explore the factors influencing hearing among mid-age and elderly person in the communities of Taiyuan. Methods Seven hundred and seventy-four（324 males,450 females） persons above 40-years old selected with cluster random sampling in four communities were interviewed to collect information on general status, living behavior and disease history. The 0. 5,1,2,4KHz hearing threshold of two ears was adopted as average hearing threshhold. SPSS 11.5 sta- tistical software was used to perform the single factor analysis and the multi-factor non-condition Logistic regression. Results The result of single factor analysis showed that gender,age,ototoxic drug use,typmapanitis history,history of ear injury, history of suffering high fever ,education, income ,environment, hypertension had relations with heating loss（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）. The result of multi-factor non-condition Logistic regression showed that age, hypertension, education and income had relation with hearing loss. Elder age and hypertension were the risk factors of hearing loss. The high education and in- come were the protecitve factors for hearing loss. Conclusion Age,hypertension,education and income are related to hear- ing loss. Controlling measures for the factors may reduce the risk of hearing loss among mid-age and elderly persons.
