外资入股对商业银行效率的影响:基于面板数据的分析

摘　　要：本文运用基于面板数据的回归模型,对引入外资两年以上的中资商业银行进行了实证分析,结果表明外资战略投资者的入股对中资商业银行效率具有明显的改善作用。With opening up of the financial services, banking market is becoming more competitive. Cooperation with foreign strategic investors is an effective way for China＇s commercial banks to enhance their efficiency and competitiveness. This paper investigates the efficiency of China＇ s commercial banks which have taken on minority foreign ownership for over two years by using a linear regression function, additionally, panel data technique is applied. The empirical study result shows that bank efficiency has been significantly improved after introducing minority foreign ownership into Chinese commercial banks.
