摘  要:采用Gleeble-1500热模拟机进行热压缩实验,研究变形温度为300~450℃、应变速率为0.01~10s-1时TiB2/7055Al原位合成铝基复合材料的热变形行为。结果表明:热变形过程流变应力可用双曲正弦本构方程来描述,平均变形激活能为158.3kJ/mol,根据材料动态模型,计算并分析TiB2/7055Al的加工图。利用加工图确定热变形的流变失稳区,获得试验参数范围内的热变形过程最佳工艺参数,其热加工温度范围在430~450℃,应变速率范围为10~3.16s-1和0.032~0.01s-1的两个区域。The hot deformation behaviors of in-situ TiB2/7055Al composite at 300-450 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.01-10 s^-1 were studied by hot compressing testing on Gleeble-1500 simulator. The flow behavior was described by the hyperbolic sine constitutive equation, and an activation energy of 158.3 kJ/mol was calculated. The processing maps were calculated and analyzed according the dynamic materials mode. The optimum processing parameters of hot deformation in the range of this experiment could be attained by the maps, the hot deform action temperature was 430-450 ℃ and the strain rate were 10-3.16 st and 10-3.16 s^-1. The instability zones of flow behavior could also be recognized by the maps.
