摘 要:采用复合络合剂,在2Cr12不锈钢上直接化学镀Ni-W-P,并对镀层的形貌、成分、组织结构及性能进行了检测和分析。结果表明:不锈钢经过合适的前处理后,得到的镀层光亮、均匀,表面呈胞状组织;在400℃热处理后,开始析出Ni3P相;镀态层的硬度HK值由8186MPa提高至11850MPa;结合力、耐磨性也有明显增强。Electroless Ni-W-P coating was extensively concerned owing to its merits in mechanical and chemical properties, such as high hardness and wear resistance, uniform thickness. Generally low carbon steel was used to substrates, using stainless was reported less. In this paper, Electroless plating Ni-W-P coatings were directly obtained using the compound complexing agent. Microstructure evolution and properties, especially adhesion strength and wear resistance, of the coating were investigated. The conclusions are drawn as follows: a bright, homogeneous and fine Ni-W-P coating was obtained; after heat-treatment at 400 ℃, its hardness HK can increase to 11850 MPa from 8186 MPa. The diffusion layer, formed during heat treatment, made the mechanical occlusion transform into metallurgical occlusion, which increased the binding force between the coating and the substrate. The wear resistance of the coating was also improved after annealing.
