摘  要:分别利用固态反应法和化学溶液法制备了La2NiMnO6+δ氧化物块材。利用热重分析(TG)对化学溶液法前驱体混合物的热分解过程进行了研究;利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对2种方法合成的La2NiMnO6+δ氧化物的相组成和形貌结构进行了表征。结果表明,选择合适的前驱体(La(NO3)3、Ni(NO3)2、Mn(CH3COO)2),利用化学溶液法可以在较低温度和较短时间热处理得到单相的La2NiMnO6+δ氧化物,其晶粒平均尺寸约为200nm。Bulk samples of La2NiMnO6+δ oxides were synthesized in air by solid state reaction and chemical solution route. Thermogravimetric (TG) analysis was employed to investigate the pyrolysis process of the precursor gel for chemical solution route. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to study phase composition and microstrueture of samples prepared by the two kinds of methods. Our results have shown that a single-phase compound of La2NiMnO6+δ could be obtained within low temperature range (800 ℃ - 1000 ℃) and for short sintering duration (3 h) by chemical solution route with La(NO3)3; Ni(NO3)2 and Mn(CH3COO)2 as precursor. The average grain size of the obtained compound is about 200 nm.
